Role Overview

The BDE will support business development activities through lead generation, client outreach, coordination, follow-ups, and documentation. This role is ideal for candidates who are proactive, organized, and interested in the AEC, BIM, and Education sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in company activities, events, exhibitions, college drives, student drives, and marketing activities.
• Research and identify potential clients across the AEC, BIM, Architecture, and Education sectors.
• Generate new leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and field visits.
• Maintain and update lead databases, CRM records, trackers, and follow-up sheets.
• Conduct introductory calls and support client meetings.
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Manage timesheets, invoices, and collection follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal BIM, Design, and Training teams to understand and fulfill client requirements.
• Maintain daily and weekly BD reports and activity logs.
• Be willing to travel and participate in business development activities and events as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role.
• Ability to handle business development and client coordination responsibilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about the AEC/BIM/Education domain.
